Biochemistry

Finding protein antidotes for illnesses requires the study of how various cell components, such as minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids, react with one another. The process incorporates all living cells (mammal, microbial, or plant), enzymes or organelles as the biocatalyst, a significant component of both very ancient and modern biotechnological processes. Chemical reactions inside the cell are also being explored for the enhancement of medications.
